Corrections and evidence updates
A correction is most useful when it identifies one statement, explains the relevant operating scope and points to evidence that can be checked.
UpdatedWhat to include
Prepare the details below before contacting the site. Avoid sending customer records, account credentials or confidential business documents.
- The page URL and the specific statement, field or calculation output.
- The business format, geography and period the correction concerns.
- A working source URL, publisher and relevant observation or quoted amount.
- The proposed correction and why its scope matches the page.
Different issues need different evidence
A broken link or a unit-label error can be identified directly. A proposed wage, price or cost change needs evidence about its geography, period and operating scope.
A different local quote does not automatically disprove an author-selected national-context scenario. It can reveal a limitation, an unrealistic assumption or a useful additional case that needs review.
How an accepted correction should be reflected
A material correction belongs in the common content record and its evidence basis so related pages receive the same change. The affected calculations, source notes and product material need review together.
An editorial-score correction must explain the applicable anchor and limiting evidence. A higher preferred rank is not a basis for changing a score. No response deadline or acceptance is promised by this page.
